If you plan to golf, please arrive Thursday August 15th for a tee time of 8am. You must indicate on your RSVP which days you plan to golf. Guests are responsible for their green fees. If you would like to enjoy the space but don’t intend on golfing, you’re welcome to arrive either on Thursday or Friday before the welcome reception at 6pm. 

We kindly ask that you find separate care for your kids off-property. This will be an adults-only event.

Meals will be provided dinner Friday, all meals Saturday and a light breakfast on Sunday. If you plan to arrive before then, please plan accordingly. We will have nearby recommended restaurants listed as we get closer to the event.

Each room has its own bathroom and towels. Please bring necessary toiletries and medications for your time with us. Friday evening is cocktail attire and Saturday evening is formal attire. Saturday during the day you’re welcome to be casual. Be sure to bring a bathing suit or workout clothes to participate in activities on site!
